Introducing Diane Marie Schultz-Broker

Schultz family

Diane with her 2 sons Colton and Jacob and her husband Jeff.

Diane grew up in Port Angeles, Washington-just across the Strait from Victoria, B.C. Her father was a forester, timber cruiser and sold logs, owning his own business. Her mother was a top notch secretary.  Diane was a born leader ( and dancer).

She moved alone to attended college in Bellingham. During that time, there was a long economic recession and this, combined with home mortgage interest rates of 18%, made this a learning time of hard lessons of life and money. She followed the sunshine to Ashland in Southern Oregon and furthered her studies of business and economics there, while supporting herself as a waitress.

Diane became a licensed real estate salesman in 1989 and bought her own first home. The inflating, competitive real estate market was exciting. Californians were moving up in droves, interest rates were dropping. It was a race to keep up with the frenzied market and another great learning time. Diane first visited Alaska in that same year with her future husband, Jeff who was already a Delta property owner (purchased "sight unseen"). We knew we'd be back when the time was right.

In 1994 Diane became both a Real estate broker and a Mom. Jeff and Diane moved to Delta Junction in 1995. It is a fine community to both work and raise a family. Diane is pleased that she can use her salesmanship and expertise to help people make their real estate decisions. The time is right, right now.
