 Every winter we have to find things to do to get us out of the house and keep us active.  This winter features our new Tae Kwon Do School, Pool League, Dart League, Brad's Boy Scouts, Harold's Cub Scouts, Snowmachining and various other activities.

We recently had Belt Testings at Delta Junction Tae Kwon Do.  Students testing were Crystal Gefroh for Black Stripe, Bradley Gefroh for Red Stripe, Kathy Probert for Blue Belt, Harold Probert for Blue stripe Joshua Corey for Green Stripe, Tony Tirrel for Green Stripe, Tonya DeLong for Yellow Belt Sandy DeLong for Yellow Belt and Alex Joe for Yellow Belt.  See the results on the Tae Kwon Do page.  The Tri Schools Tournament is scheduled for July 13th.  The scheduled events are:  High Kick,  Forms,  Sparring, Team Forms and a new event, Team Sparring.  For more info go to the TKD Tournaments page.

Delta Junction Pool League is having a great season so far.  New stats should be up by Sunday each week.  Notices of meetings and events will be published on the main DJPL page, as well as posted on bulletin boards around town.  As soon as there is another Delta Wind newspaper published, I will try to get the stats published in that issue.

Delta/Clearwater Dart League is trying a new win/loss/tie score system.  These stats are being kept in addition to the regular stats we have used in the past.  You can compare the differing results by looking at the weekly stats links on the main DCDL page.  Meetings, events and stats are published here weekly, posted on bulletin boards at the playing establishments, and in the Delta Wind when available.
