SAMPLE OF PLAN STEPS
Although I am no
longer building trailers, the plans I developed are available so that
you, a friend or a local shop can build an “Alaska Tough Trailer”.
These are easy-to-follow plans with colored pictures of each step, plus
I am only a phone call or
e-mail away if you run into something you don’t understand or have a
question.

Step
2. Clamp a 1 7/8 coupler
under the tongue - weld or bolt into
place.

4. Next cut 2 pieces of 3 channel, each 64" long and clamp to an "A" - frame coupler for
the tongue. Set upside down on the trailer frame supported with
another
block.
